• Original documents proving guaranteed annual income from abroad

• A reference letter from a bank where the investor has been a client for over two years. This letter should refer to the client’s good reputation and that all accounts are in good standing. If such wording cannot be obtained from the bank, the reference should be obtained from a certified accountant or lawyer.
