- A reference letter from a bank where the investor has been a client for over two years. This letter should refer to the client’s good reputation and that all accounts are in good standing. If such wording cannot be obtained from the bank, the reference should be obtained from a certified accountant or lawyer.
SPOUSE OF THE INVESTOR:

DOCUMENT EVIDENCE TO CONFIRM SOURCE OF FUNDING:
1. Income from employment:
- Original or certified copy of payslip
- Letter from employer confirming stated salary on company letterhead
- Bank statement for last 3 months confirming receipt of salary
2. Profit/Dividends:
- Copy of latest audited financial statements of stated company
- Proof of position held in company
- Bank statement showing receipt of funds
3. Sale of Property:
- Certified true copy of sale/purchase agreement for property
- Bank statement showing receipt of funds
4. Sale of Company or Legal Entity:
- Certified copy of sale/purchase agreement
- Certified true copy of bank statement from account where funds were received
